Hopes for constructive talks with other side
Local pro-life group Humanity and Equality in Abortion Reform (HEAR) is disappointed the House of Keys voted to allow Ramsey MHK Dr Alex Allinson to bring forward a private members bill on the matter.
Dr Allinson wants to reform Manx abortion laws to give Island women the same rights as those in England, Scotland and Wales.
HEAR wants to open discussions with the opposing Campaign for Abortion Law Modernisation and with Dr Allinson.
