Frustration for candidate standing in Arbory, Castletown and Malew
Douglas Prom has been a disappointment.
So says current Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne, who's standing in Arbory, Castletown and Malew in September's General Election.
Mr Gawne believes he has delivered on 65 out of the 80 commitments he made in his manifesto from the last election, though he admits a failure to progress work on the promenade has been a frustration.
