Christmas is coming and, to prepare for the shoppers’ rush, the Department of Transport unveiled its annual festive car parking scheme.
Motorists will be able to park on the Loch Promenade walkway in Douglas from Thursday next week until Sunday, January 4.
There will be a five miles per hour speed limit, and a maximum stay of three hours.
The car park will open between 9.30am and 9pm subject to weather conditions on the prom.
