It follows a massive week for property sales in the Isle of Man with sales totalling £35 million.
Mr Grace says companies like Pokerstars are global brands and it's great to see them spending here.
A local company which is part of the Finch Road-based Knox Group purchased the HSBC headquarters on Victoria Street and the Standard Bank headquarters on the corner of Circular Road in a separate deal.
