
The Isle of Man's property market remains stagnant, according to a director of local estate agent Black Grace Cowley.
Nick Cooper was speaking after figures showed the United Kingdom could be a nation of renters within a generation.
UK property values are expected to start rising later this year, but 64 per cent of people surveyed felt they had no chance of ever owning their own property.
Mr Cooper says it will be some time before prices recover in the Isle of Man:
