Manx Utilities chair defends plans for 25% cut in discount
The proposed removal of half the current 50% discount for commercial water and sewerage rates is 'reasonable'.
That's the view of the Manx Utilities chair, who will ask Tynwald to support a new five-year pricing strategy for the services later this month.
Under the plans, the discount would be reduced by 5% each year, until it reaches 25% in 2023.
