The Island's Attorney General embarked on a litany of deceit and falsification to conceal a lying defence, a court has been told today.
The accusation came as the prosecution summed up its case in the trial of Stephen Harding of Greeba.
52 year-old Mr Harding denies perjury and acting against public justice.
Earlier, senior prosecutor Peter Wright QC addressed the jury for nearly two hours dissecting phone records, police statements and computer evidence which it says highlights the defendant's criminality.
The trial continues.
