The prosecution is set to conclude its case this morning (Monday) in the trial of the Island’s Attorney General.
Stephen Harding, 52, denies charges of perjury and of committing an act against public justice.
They relate to former Island company Street Heritage which was wound up in 2010 with an unpaid tax bill of £182,000.
