Prosecution chiefs are deciding whether they will continue to pursue a case against the Island's Attorney General.
Yesterday (Fri) after 11 hours of deliberations, the jury in the trial of 52 year-old Stephen Harding was discharged after failing to agree on a verdict.
Mr Harding of Glen Vine has always denied charges of perjury and committing acts against public justice.
They related to the winding-up of former Island company Street Heritage in 2010 over an unpaid tax bill of £180,000.
