
An as yet unnamed person has been prosecuted for driving onto and damaging public open land -and a further three similar prosecutions are in the pipeline, Keys members have been told.
In this morning's Keys questions, Infrastructure Minister David Cretney said that he had just finished a meeting with some of those who have voiced concerns about damage to the Manx uplands.
In the House, he faced a series of questions from North Douglas member, Bill Henderson.
