Union members reject latest pay offer but are optimistic about PSC discussions
Trade union Prospect says it's hopeful a resolution is near as pay negotiations continue with the Public Services Commission.
The PSC employs a wide range of public and civil servants including government workers and manual workers.
Members of both Prospect and Unite have rejected the latest two-year pay offer - the fourth time a proposal has been turned down.
