New land registration fees coming in on 1 September could have a big impact on those purchasing a new home.
That's the warning from a local estate agent, urging those looking at properties to make sure they know how the changes could affect them.
Some will find waiting until the new fees are in place will save them money, while others will prove more expensive after the end of August.
