Bell says working with UK & EU 'priority'
The Chief Minister says the real uncertainty from leaving the EU is yet to come.
Until now, the Island's legal and trading relationship with Europe has been defined by Protocol 3 of the 1972 Treaty of Accession.
A vote by the UK to leave will inevitably lead to its collapse - leaving the Island effectively isolated from the Union.
