
A Marown man accused of manslaughter will go on trial this Autumn.
Brian Philip Tomlinson, of Glen Vine is alleged to have been responsible for the death of Alan Osbourne at the Verandah, on the Mountain Road, in May 2007.
At a Court of General Gaol this week, Deemster Doyle granted Mr Tomlinson bail.
The trial was provisionally set to start on September 21, although the date has yet to be confirmed by the court.
