Voters head to polls for new Port St Mary commissioner today
Port St Mary goes to the polls today (Thursday) to elect a new commissioner.
Four candidates - Joyce Crook, Michelle Haywood, Samuel Rotchell and Ian Skelly – are vying for the vacant seat on the board.
It’s become available after long-serving member Rebecca Sinfield had to step down when it emerged her name was not on the electoral roll.
Votes can be cast at the town hall between eight o’clock this morning and eight o’clock this evening.
