A Coxswain from the Royal National Lifeboat Institute says the Port St Mary base is desperate for new recruits.
Speaking on yesterday's Women Today programme, Jenni Kneale said any help would be appreciated, but particularly during normal working hours.
Jenni Kneale recently became one of just four female coxswains in the entire RNLI.
