Expert advice on how to stay sane in the modern world is on offer from a well-known UK psychiatrist, in the Island today (Tuesday, April 21st).
Dr Raj Persaud appears regularly on TV and radio and writes for national newspapers and online, commenting on topics ranging from the Alps plane crash to the sacking of Jeremy Clarkson.
He's been invited by recruitment agency Ambitions to give two talks at the Sefton Hotel - outlining simple techniques anyone can learn to reach their goals - and cope with modern day stress.
Both events are free and open to the whole community.
The first session is from 12.30pm and the second from 6.30pm.
Dr Persaud's first session will explore what businesses can learn by 'getting inside the brain of a billionaire'.
He says the title belies a very simple message:

Care funding reform report delayed following ministerial change
Charity plans baby loss memorial garden at Noble's Hospital
New rights for neonatal care leave and carer's leave on the way
Manx Wildlife Trust launches new internship programme
Improving Island's whistleblowing policies like 'turning an oil tanker', says PSC
