"Future is electric" says MHK
There's a drive to convince people on the Island to use electric vehicles.
A meeting took place at the Grandstand on Monday (18th) with zero emission cars lined up in pitlane.
Douglas North MHK Ralph Peake spoke about various proposals under discussion, which he hopes will boost public confidence in the new technology.
He is on a Tynwald sub-committee, along with representatives from Treasury and Infrastructure, tasked with evaluating green transport options for the Isle of Man.
