DEFA chief wants to make industry sustainable long-term
The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture is seeking public opinion on how to make the king scallop fishery sustainable long-term.
Concerns have been raised following signs its stock is on the decline.
Four-and-a-half thousand tonnes were landed in the Island last year - worth an estimated £4 million to the Manx economy.
