Follows owner's decision to 'give up' with redevelopment
Government is being urged to do something about the derelict ex-Newson’s buildings on North Quay in Douglas.
It follows the decision by the owner of the site, Kelman, to ‘give up’ with plans to redevelop it.
It comes after they failed to gain planning permission for an £8 million project which would have seen a mix of retail, commercial and residential development.
You can find out more HERE.
The buildings will now be put up for sale.
