Issues reminder of 48-hour rule
Keep hydrated and wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
That's the advice from government as an outbreak of diarrhoea and vomiting sweeps across the Isle of Man.
A number of nurseries and schools across the Island have been hit hard by the bug.
Public Health has issued a reminder on social media of the 48-hour rule - you should stay home from school, work or public places until you have not been sick or had diarrhoea for at least 2 days.
A full document of advice can be found on the government website HERE.
