That's the advice from government as an outbreak of diarrhoea and vomiting sweeps across the Isle of Man.
A number of nurseries and schools across the Island have been hit hard by the bug.
Public Health has issued a reminder on social media of the 48-hour rule - you should stay home from school, work or public places until you have not been sick or had diarrhoea for at least 2 days.
