The public inquiry into rights of way on the Langness Peninsula is resuming at the Mount Murray Hotel today.
So far, it's pitted walkers and campaign group PRoWL (Public Rights of Way Langness) against TV presenter Jeremy Clarkson and his family.
Local people claim to have effectively claimed a path near the Clarksons' home as a right of way by walking across it for decades.
However, the Clarkson family says the path has never been designated as a public right of way and say it’s their right to close off the route.
The public inquiry resumes at 9.30am.
