Parade will start the proceedings from the Town Hall
Douglas Council is welcoming residents to its civic service today (Sunday) at 11am.
The service is being held at St Mary's Church with people asked to arrive no later than 10.50am.
A parade will start from the Town Hall, on Ridgeway Street, which will be led by the Douglas Town Band.
After the service the winners and runners-up in the recent community champion competition will be presented with their awards.
