Dignity in Dying members to speak on Island
An assisted dying law would give Manx residents more control over their deaths.
That's the view of the chair of the Isle of Man Freethinkers ahead of a public meeting to discuss the matter.
Members of the campaign group Dignity in Dying, which calls for assisted dying laws with safeguards in place, will speak at the event, which has been organised by the Freethinkers and the Positive Action Group.
Vicky Christian from the Freethinkers says it's about having a choice:
The meeting takes place at the Manx Legion Club in Douglas on Monday at 7.30pm
