Hooper disappointed with Treasury response
A Ramsey MHK says the public should have a say in the future of the Manx NHS.
Lawrie Hooper had asked the Treasury Minister Alf Cannan in the House of Keys this week if he would consult with the public on terms of reference, and key principles of an upcoming health review.
