Series of open meetings start this week
Police are holding a series of public meetings so residents can discuss community issues.
Open sessions in the north, south, east and west of the Island will take place over the next two weeks.
Members of local neighbourhood policing teams will be attending along with MHKs and local authority representatives.
The first meeting takes place tonight (26 July) at QEII School Hall in Peel at 7pm.
Another will then be held on Thursday (29 July) at the Methodist Hall in Port Erin at 8pm.
Two more will be held next week:
- Tuesday, 3 August at Bunscoill Rhumsaa Junior School on Lezayre Road in Ramsey at 7pm.
- Thursday, 5 August, at the Old Friends Club on Finch Road in Douglas at 6.30pm.
Police say Covid-19 mitigations will be in place at each meeting with masks, hand sanitiser and contact details requested from those attending.
Anyone with Coronavirus symptoms is being asked not to show-up.
