Lavish redevelopments in towns around the Isle of Man will only work if members of the public choose to visit and shop in them.
That's the message from Roy Tilleard, the man behind the £20 million Callow's Yard project in Castletown.
Saturday's official opening ceremony was performed by the town's MHK, Tony Brown, two weeks after the shopping and entertainment complex opened its doors to the public.
Mr Tilleard says the investment could do great things for the south of the Island, as long people support it:
