Boat owners in Castletown say they are frustrated by continuing vandalism in and around the town's harbour.
Police are investigating after a plastic cover on a motorboat was cut at the weekend, probably to gain shelter on the rear of the vessel.
Officers are telling the public there is a lot of expensive and dangerous equipment in the boat park and it's not a playground for children.
Anyone with information is asked to call Castletown police station on 822222.
