Police are hunting a man who assaulted a woman in Douglas in the early hours of yesterday morning.
The incident happened at about 12.40am, when a man approached the rear door of a property in Pulrose.
The man, said to be five feet tall, of medium build and wearing a dark woollen beanie style hat, assaulted the woman who answered the door.
Officers say she was left extremely shaken by the attack, and they are appealing for anybody with any information to contact them.
