Six MHKs grilled yesterday
Veteran politician David Cretney says promoting 'Q&A' events with MHKs is key to winning back voter trust.
The Legislative Council member has been dubbed the 'Father of the Court' after almost 32 years in Manx politics.
He chaired an event at the South Douglas Old Friends Club yesterday, where Islanders grilled six MHKs on a range of different topics.
Mr Cretney believes regular events like that will provide a hand to those who feel disenfranchised by the system.
