'Track Back to QEII' includes different physical & mental activities
A new 21-day circuit break is challenging students to keep active and engaged whilst learning from home.
The QEII PE department is setting pupils new activities each day, ranging from squats and star-jumps to theory about muscles and movement.
There are rewards in store for those taking part; after the lockdown, students will be able to hand in their completed tracks and be entered into a prize draw.
PE Teacher Becky Dunne says it's important the activities remain varied throughout the three weeks:
