CM flies flag on Gold Coast
Howard Quayle says a two-week trip to Australia was rewarding both personally and politically.
The Chief Minister took his family to Gold Coast to watch the Commonwealth Games - a holiday he stresses was paid for out of his own pocket.
Whilst there, he also took the opportunity to meet local ministers and Commonwealth leaders to discuss matters like post-Brexit trade.
But Mr Quayle admits the highlight was watching Manx athletes excel at the Games:

TT rider 'suffered chest injuries in fatal crash'
Community on Island 'praying' as 7.8 earthquake hits Philippines
Workforce size and pay awards make health budget 'difficult to predict'
