Decision due in a couple of weeks
A petition asking the government to take in more Syrian refugees is being reviewed by the Howard Quayle administration.
The document received more than a thousand signatures before it was presented to both Mr Quayle and Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas last week.
Mr Thomas says he believes they will have an answer in the 'next couple of weeks'.
The chief minister says all the facts must be considered before a decision is made:
