Isle of Man sends support and sympathy
Chief Minister Howard Quayle has expressed his shock at the Manchester Arena terrorist attack.
He says the Isle of Man people stand side-by-side with the city of Manchester.
Mr Quayle is on business in London but says he is writing to senior politicians to express support and sympathy:-
