The chief minister says he's keeping an open mind about Donald Trump.
Howard Quayle was speaking ahead of the billionaire's swearing-in ceremony in Washington, DC.
Mr Quayle signalled well wishes to the 45th US president, his family, and the 319 million Americans who'll spend the next four years under his premiership.
He also added that keeping a close eye on matters such as the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), and potential changes to tax policy, will be essential:
