Is asset being fully utilised?
'Interesting plans' for the shipyard in Ramsey could become clearer this week.
Tim Baker, the Ayre and Michael MHK, is bringing questions over the site to Tynwald, after a previous tenant vacated the government-owned land.
The Enterprise Minister will be asked why the lease ended suddenly, and what is being done to secure the shipyard's future.
While Mr Baker won't elaborate further on what he understands to be mapped out for the site, he says it's important the issue is raised:
