Proposals to come before Tynwald soon
Restrictions on the Island's R Plate drivers would reduce the number of accidents caused by inexperienced road users.
That's according to Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne.
The new regulations could see a curfew and passenger limit imposed on newly-qualified drivers.
While there's no date set for their introduction, Mr. Gawne believes they'll be laid before Tynwald in the near future:

Substantial damaged caused by fire station blaze
‘No risk to public’ after fire at Castletown Fire Station
Not one affordable house available to buy
Election candidate reprimanded by Information Commissioners
