Weather has plagued opening week of 2019 event
An additional TT qualifying day will take place later to give teams and riders more preparation time.
There was no action yesterday with Clerk of the Course Gary Thompson calling off the practice session at around 4pm.
Roads will start to close around the 37-and-three-quarter-mile circuit at midday, with the entire course shut to traffic from 12.45pm.
Mr Thompson says they may start having to consider dropping some races from the programme if the disruptions continue:

12.15pm - Bungalow to Creg ny Baa closed
12.45pm - Rest of the TT course closed
1.30pm - Superbike/ Superstock/ Supersport/ Newcomers (all classes except Lightweight)
2.30pm - Supersport/ Lightweight/ Newcomers (all classes) qualifying session
3.35pm - Sidecar qualifying session (2 laps)
4.15pm - Superbike/ Superstock/ Supersport
4.40pm - TT Zero qualifying
5.30pm - Roads open except Mountain section
6.30pm - All roads open
