Two men injured in a serious road accident at Quarry Bends on Monday night remain in hospital.
They are a 17-year-old Ramsey man, and 58-year-old Manx Radio presenter and Manx language specialist Bob Carswell, from Peel.
The A3 between the Ballacriy Road junction and Sulby Glen Crossroads was closed yesterday afternoon while accident investigators examined the scene.
Derek Flint of the Northern Neighbourhood Policing Team is thanking everyone who has come forward so far with information, including the driver of a 4x4 they had been looking so speak to.
Anybody with any further information which might help the investigation is asked to ring the police station at Ramsey, on 812234.
