Event to take to skies over Douglas Bay in August
The RAF Typhoon Display Team will perform in the skies above the Isle of Man during this year's Classic TT.
Event organisers have announced the display will take place on Thursday, 28 August at 7.30pm over Douglas Bay.
It'll be led by display pilot Squadron Leader Nathan Sawyer of 29 Squadron at RAF Conningsby, the event hopes to showcase 'the speed, power and agility of the RAF's frontline multi-role combat aircraft, the Eurofighter Typhoon FGR4.'
The Classic TT is returning this year for the first time since 2019 with Classic TT qualifying running alongside the Manx Grand Prix in an expanded two-week schedule of racing on the Snaefell Mountain Course.
The combined 2025 Classic TT and Manx Grand Prix is scheduled to take place from Sunday, 17 August until Friday, 29 August.
