Ramsey MHK Allan Bell says the northern town is a quiet success story – with tens of millions of pounds of investment in recent years.
Mr Bell, who will defend his seat in September’s General Election, has been one of the town’s MHKs since 1984.
He says he’s disappointed Ramsey didn’t press ahead with a marina project after seeing the difference a similar scheme made in Peel.
But Mr Bell says that doesn’t mean the town’s suffered a lack of development.
