Ramsey Commissioners says a recently installed grey water site and toilet has been damaged over the weekend.
The local authority believes it will affect the planned opening of a campervan site in the Vollan Estate this Easter.
Other damage reported includes a missing hose pipe, broken flush mechanism on the toilet and the grey water signage has been removed.
The commissioners are urging anyone who has any information to contact either the Ramsey Police Station or the town hall.
