Shops will be open late and lights will be switched on
Ramsey Commissioners is holding a lantern parade this evening which will finish with a visit from Father Christmas.
It starts at 5pm on Parliament Street and finishes outside the courthouse where children will be able to meet him.
Lead Member for Parks and Leisure Geoff Court says local businesses will be open for late night shopping and lights will be switched on at 7.30pm.
He's encouraging residents to bring their own lantern and join the parade:
