Wants to develop 30 flats on former Albert Road and Close Woirrey sites
Ramsey Commissioners has applied for planning permission to build new social housing in the town centre.
The local authority wants to develop two blocks of flats which will have 12 and 18 apartments respectively.
It's proposing to use the sites of the former Albert Road School and Close Woirrey which are under the ownership of the commissioners.
The plans also include 45 parking spaces, dedicated access to the TT pedestrian bridge, bicycle storage and new trees.
Each block would have two bed flats - those on the ground floor would have direct access to a paved area, whilst apartments on upper floors would have a small balcony.
