It says the site had to be closed and the skip dealt with by a specialist

The site was closed due to the material being left in a rubble skip - which was taken out of action and dealt with by a specialist.
Mrs Cottam-Shea believes that 'contamination' and residents not disposing of waste properly is a 'real concern', especially for the staff.
