Lamara Craine says Victoria Mall is a 'negative' space in the town
A Ramsey Commissioner says the board will 'take action' if property owners don't make improvements to their buildings.
It follows a trial over the state of the Victoria Mall, which ended with Gecko Investments Limited ordered to pay a rolling fee of £50 per day and more than £8,000 in costs.
It's hoped that the building will become a 'benefit' to the town and not be a 'negative' space.
Commissioner Lamara Craine says 'everyone' can see the mall is not up to 'standard' whilst the demolition order was in place for several years.
