Fundraiser outlines a 'great market to tap into'
The creation of a community hub in Ramsey aims to attract Island cruise visitors.
Fundraiser Georgie Revill says the old courthouse will become a central venue for a number of different activities.
The conversion has been approved by Ramsey Town Commissioners, and will be run by charity The Heart of Ramsey (THOR).
