The tree was cut down last June due to rotting
Ramsey Community Hub will be installing a bench made of the cherry tree that was felled last June.
Alby Oldham, who runs the community centre, said it will be put where the tree used to be and hopefully before TT.
The tree was cut down because it was rotting and 'really old'.
It was confirmed by Mr Oldham that the bench won't cost the local authority anything and planting has been attempted on the empty spot.
