Iconic Ramsey building priced at £475k
Ramsey courthouse is for sale on the open market, the home affairs minister has confirmed.
Bill Malarkey was answering a question in the House of Keys from Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper.
It's on the market for £475,000 and went on sale this morning.
Mr Malarkey was then asked by Mr Hooper if he was considering the value of the building to the local community, as well as the monetary value to government:
